Volunteers and members of Emmanuel Lutheran Church rehab a vacant and abandoned home adjacent to the church on Saturday, April 12, 2014, in Ft. Wayne, Ind. The rehab is part of the "Helping Hand" initiative from the LCMS National Housing Support Corporation (NHSC) and a coalition of church partners, including Redeemer Lutheran, Emmanuel Lutheran, Zion Lutheran, and St. Peter's Catholic.
