Bethany Nummela-Hanel is the wife of a pastor and mother of 2 girls. She is a Lutheran grade school teacher. Deaconess Elizabeth Ahlman is also a mother and a pastor’s wife. She teaches Upper School English and Humane Letters at Memorial Lutheran Church and School in Houston, Texas, and is the author of Demystifying the Proverbs 31 Woman and Ruth: More Than a Love Story (both from CPH).
