Let’s face it, anybody who has assumed a leadership role throughout the past couple years has been tested and tried by a host of unexpected scenarios and events. Gone are the days that stepping up as a leader at school, in your community, or even in your family was simple and easy. We have all seen staple leaders in our society both fail miserably and bloom with success through recent trials, but we have also seen many new and upcoming leaders emerge and take the world by storm. We will discuss leadership styles that have been successful recently, as well as look at the tried and true principles of leadership that have withstood the test of time. “In All Things” we should be prepared to lead.
Bio: Trevor Kunze grew up knowing there was something special about him. Despite being the sixth out of seven kids, he not only survived growing up, but thrived and learned how to be resilient. Trevor grew up fishing, hunting, and fixin’ his vehicles after they just barely made it up the driveway. Some things don’t ever change. After graduating from college, Trevor served as a youth pastor in California and Wisconsin for eight years. During this time, he also traveled nationally and internationally to speak at several youth conferences. Despite the joy and fulfillment Trevor found as a youth pastor, he felt God tugging at his heart, for many years, and pulling him into a new adventure. In 2020, Trevor followed God’s calling and planted a nonprofit outdoor ministry in Northern Colorado. He is currently the CEO of Three Trees Outdoor Ministry. Trevor resides in Northern Colorado with his beautiful wife. He can’t wait to meet you and share a coffee or a bag of candy.
