This session will help you think about your personal leadership and what you can start doing RIGHT NOW to make a difference and leave an impression that can last a lifetime. Focusing on ethics and leadership development, Dr. Christian will challenge you to think and act in a manner that is more Christ-like and congruent with your own faith life.
Bio: Dr. Donald Christian is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Concordia University Texas, a role he assumed in August of 2014. Today he serves as the academic, spiritual and business head of Concordia, a role for which he is well prepared following a life of service to the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. Formerly serving as the Dean of the College of Business at CTX, he has also served at three Lutheran High Schools and at Trinity Lutheran Church in Houston. Having received his doctorate in Leadership and Management, he has become a regular speaker on Ethics and Leadership across the Austin region and throughout the LCMS.
